ibuki-ryunosuke:

keisuke-sannan:

Leading Ibuki to his seat he stood there waiting for Hijikata’s reply. Now knowing that he is the kids legal guardian he got down to business. “here look at this” he handed the notebook to Hijikata “I got one of my health committee helpers daily inform on what is used and how much of it was, everyday gauze, band-aids, and wraps are taken after lunch or after school. All those supplies are taken out by Ibuki-kun here.” sighing he refilled the demon’s tea cup

“Ibuki-kun is being bullied not just name calling a lot of physical damage” pointing at the boys fingers “I believe it’s because he is in “top form” but isn’t in any school teams instead he sticks to drawing right?” he asked the boy “did you have any idea about this Hijikata-san?”

Ibuki grumbled at the two teachers telling him to sit down, but he took a seat never the less. A permanent scowl set itself on the boy’s face while he listened to Sannan talk.

“I got one of my health committee helpers daily inform on what is used and how much of it was, everyday gauze, band-aids, and wraps are taken after lunch or after school. All those supplies are taken out by Ibuki-kun here.”

Ryu made a mental note that he’d have to get back at Yamazaki later for keeping such good records of everything. He sighed and rolled his eyes at the situation more than a particular person. Why was this such a big deal? It wasn’t like he was stealing the supplies. He chose to remain quiet however as the school nurse continued talking. He knew Sannan had to tell Hijikata about this. Not only because the man was his legal guardian at the moment, but it was also for his own good. So then why did he feel anxiety creep up on him like he was about to get in trouble? No, that wasn’t right… Maybe it was the feeling of not wanting to seem weak in front of someone.

“…did you have any idea about this Hijikata-san?”

Ryunosuke stole a quick glance at the man to gauge his reaction but then returned his gaze to the tiled floor and let out an irritated huff. ‘This is annoying…’

It was quite clear from the look on his face that, no, he was not aware. He knew boys would be boys - there was never any really bullying around here though. Well, not that he was aware of. He supposed as of late… he’d had more to deal with than normally. He wasn’t really out, keeping an eye on things…

Were things getting out of hand out there?

It was almost… a little embarrassing, shameful, really. He felt a rather foreign twinge of guilt in the pit of his stomach. He was Vice Principal of this school, he ought to know what was going on, and he ought to be making sure it’s a safe environment. There was simply no good reason that Ryunosuke should need all those medical supplies unless he was really facing a problem. A tussle here and there in an all boys school, well it’s unavoidable, but it dd seem like something more was occurring in this situation.

“No, I was not aware.” He finally admitted vocally, his voice a bit dejected, words followed by a sigh.

His gaze moved over to the boy, so anxious to be away from them, he could see it. No one wanted to talk about these sorts of things. But, the situation was now presented to him, he couldn’t very well ignore it.

“Ryunosuke, how long has this been going on?”

ibuki-ryunosuke:

keisuke-sannan:

“I have feline ears and tail it is unknown I woke up to this…” he checked the boys hand it was less swollen but still bruising “try to keep on bending your finger’s whenever you can and message them too” turning back to the less grumpy demon “you are his legal guardian right? If you don’t mind me asking how did he end up in your care?” his tail flicked curiously. Ibuki tried to sneak away but sannan grabbed the back of the boys shirt to keep him still “I still need you here”he said agitated flicking his tail back and forth, he sighed today was going to get rough…

Ryunosuke stole a quick glance up at the fuzzy ears once more. They were still ridiculous…and soft.

“Try to keep on bending your finger’s whenever you can and message them too”

The boy nodded trying it out for himself bending and flexing the sore fingers while Sannan turned his attention to Hijikata. “you are his legal guardian right?”

That’s all he needed to hear. ‘Time to go~’ Ryu silently turned on his heel and tiptoed not even two steps before he was yanked back by his collar. “I still need you here” He tried to shrug out of the school nurse’s hold. “Nahh~ What for? I got the ice like you said. There’s nothing else for me to do here! Just let me go already!”

Hijikata would choose not to question Sannan. He could foresee no gain in continuing down that line of questioning.

Besides… more… important matters were brought up.

His legal guardian… ah. Yes, that was something perhaps he should have shared with other faculty, but he didn’t think the matter would come up. At least not before the boy was back with his family as opposed to well… with him.

There was a twitch of annoyance in Sannan’s wording. How did he end up in Hijikata’s care? His defensive side - due to the awkwardness of this situation, hissed and replied it wasn’t any of his damn business, but.

He wouldn’t say that, instead he sigh and his head dropped a bit. Clearly there was something he needed to be aware of, if this question was coming up.

“Sit,” he more or less commanded of Ibuki, though his tone was more tired than anything else.

“He is temporarily in my care,” he started, looking to Sannan with a vague frown. “His parents are unable to be here at the time, and he’s still a minor in need of supervision. I have extra room, and with myself as faculty here at the school, it was… convenient for them. That is all.”

keisuke-sannan:

Sannan in a light nap felt nice his ears twitched as he heard someone walking towards the infirmary he opened his eyes as he saw the very tired looking hijikata-san walk in and rummage through his cupboard he coughed clearing his throat “Hijikata-san…May I be of you… assistance?” he stepped away from the window tail flicking. He sighed just as he thought of talking to him the demon himself found him first…

Ibuki slung his bag over his shoulder and waved to Heisuke as he left his last class for the day. The temptation to skip out on the visit back to the infirmary and just head straight ‘home’ was very alluring. But the ache in his hand told him that second bag of ice would probably be for the best. After all, he had to be able to draw! ‘I was supposed to work on that art project with Kosuzu!’

He shuffled his feet as he made is way over to the infirmary. As long as he could keep this quiet from Hijikata-sensei, there was nothing to worry about. He wouldn’t have to put up with any fussing or annoying lectures.. for now anyways. The halls were almost empty, the last few student packing up to leave for the day. Ryunosuke paid them no attention as he reached his destination. He knocked at the door not waiting for an answer before walking in.

“Sannan-sensei, I came back for that other bag of ic-“

The boy stopped mid-sentence upon seeing the school nurse accompanied by the last teacher he wanted to bump into right now.

‘Crap…’

“No, just looking for something…” he mumbled absently as he sifted through a few things. Not there, eh? He was sure he’d put it there… Ah well, just a bit more looking and he’d have hold of some tea, surely…

He hadn’t even noticed Ibuki entering, and even as the boy spoke, he hadn’t been listening.

It wasn’t until the words stopped awkwardly that his attention was captured at all.

“Ryunosuke…” he offered the student a light glance, seeming annoyed, though it wasn’t with him obviously. Just this damn tea…

Preoccupied, he took no note of anything being wrong. And to be honest, being around the kid was sometimes awkward considering their situation. Not that it really even had anything to do with either of them, and it was a temporary thing… but no one really knew and he saw no reason for anyone to.

keisuke-sannan:

Sannan let out a deep breathe he rested his head on his fist pondering when to call the demon he laughed at the sight of hijikata-san flipping out “I wonder if he will be alri…” his ears twitched tail flicking he stopped his thought. Staring at the door taping his finger’s with his eye’s furrowed “he better come back after school I don’t want another missing ice pack” he sighed here was nothing to do now… he put away the boys tea cup and made some more for himself.

TIME WARP~~~~

it was a warm afternoon school was going to end in about 45 minutes he looked at his watch for some reason the sun made him drowsy he at at the window still resting his eyes absorbing the summer heat

Out of god damn tea in his office…

He always kept some in the infirmary, however - while it sounded unlikely, tea was always a fairly good remedy for things such as headaches and what-not. It didn’t get used all that often though, and that marked it as safe for Hijikata to dig up later.

And so, he made his way there, in hopes of replenishing his supply before the long evening haul of papers to get through.

married-to-a-pianist replied to your post: “Oh…I forgot to give this back to you ufufufu…” she said handing him the attendance book with notes she had written on each page.

((I will ^u^)) “Uh…he told me not to tell you…fff…” she said sweatdropping “And baka sensei’s scariness won’t get me to say it either!” she declared sticking her tongue at him and ran off. ((fff it was okita))

Baka Sensei, really? Didn’t that defeat the purpose of Sensei? He was going to start writing people up for referring to him in such a way..

But his thoughts returned to what she had said at first… he told me not to tell you…

There were few people he could imagine that ‘he’ to be…

“Mm, well, you’d likely be surprised how much you don’t know about me.”

Especially considering they had only just met. So how could she say she knew anything about him, or at least enough to make any real judgments.

keisuke-sannan-deactivated20130 sent: sannan brought out the kettle as they sat in the nurses office "so how have you been hijikata-san?"

“Same as always, I suppose.” Meaning stressed and annoyed almost ninety percent of the time. But, eh, he couldn’t complain. Though there had been those… interesting… occurrences… in the past…

Like all the kissing of students…

s-chama sent: *tries not to giggle* Literature? I-is that so?

“Yes….” He wasn’t sure why he would lie…
